WOW: O’Reilly Slices and Dices Megyn Kelly in Epic Talking Points Memo [VIDEO]

Fox News commentator Bill O’Reilly appeared to take a shot at colleague Megyn Kelly during the “Talking Points Memo” segment of his show Wednesday night.

The “O’Reilly Factor” host slipped the jab at Kelly into his explanation of the media’s unfair treatment of President-elect Donald Trump. He claimed that the mainstream media had lost all credibility with the public, which had expressed its disdain by its vote against the establishment.

“Distrust of the media is at an all-time high in the U.S.A., so when left-wing zealots masquerading as journalists pounded Trump without mercy, voters grew numb to it,” O’Reilly said. “Some of that even happened on this network, as a few commentators tried to make names for themselves at Trump’s expense.”

“So the press actually helped Donald Trump win the election. How ironic,” O’Reilly added.

No, he didn’t use her name — but there were plenty of viewers who thought they knew exactly who O’Reilly was talking about.

Some on social media were quick to point out that O’Reilly’s remark appeared to be a thinly veiled slam at Kelly.

Some agreed with O’Reilly that it did appear as though Kelly had tried to make a name for herself during the campaign season, and that turning on Trump had put her in the spotlight.

Others stated that O’Reilly had thrown Kelly under the bus and that she deserved it for how she behaved throughout the election.

Kelly, never a fan of Trump, often found herself in the limelight as she appeared to join forces with the mainstream media and harp on Trump’s problem with women.

It will be interesting to see how Kelly approaches Trump in the future, now that her efforts to undermine his campaign have failed. It will also be interesting to see how Kelly and O’Reilly treat each other during the upcoming months.
