State Dept. Could Keep Benghazi Docs From Coming Out by Simply Changing the Date

Democrat presidential nominee Hillary Clinton has just been caught in another lie surrounding the 2012 attack in Benghazi, Libya.

According to the Washington Examiner, State Department officials found a mistake in Clinton’s calendar from the days leading up to the 2012 attacks. Those mistakes mysteriously hid special documents regarding the attacks.

Clinton’s schedules from Sept. 1, 2012, thought Sept. 9, 2012, were marked as from 2010, not 2012.

During those 8 days, Clinton traveled throughout southeast Asia and Russia, and those trips were accurately represented in the calendar. However, if the government searched what Clinton was doing the week before the Benghazi attacks, the trip would not have appeared in government files, as the date was incorrect.

Although the “mistake” could be attributed to a Clinton staffer, it is unclear whether he or she was directed to do so by an outside influence, such as Hillary Clinton herself.

And there are quite a few reasons why she would want someone to hide her actions. If the mistake had not been recently caught, Clinton’s trip could potentially have been hidden from the government and the American people forever.

The only trace of information that Citizens United and the Associated Press received was planning material for those nine days of the trip. However, further details were not released.

J.T. Mastranadi, political director for Citizens United, told the Washington Examiner that the situation should not be taken lightly.

“The State Department should explain this error to the American people in detail and correct the record immediately,” he said.

If there was an ulterior motive for the “mistake,” America would never know. Hillary Clinton and her workers never admit their wrongs or apologize for their lies. Heck, they rarely even tell the truth to begin with.
