Assassination Video Shows Moments Leading Up to Jim Jong Names Death

Last Monday, the half-brother of North Korean despot Kim Jong Un was assassinated in a Malaysian airport, stunning many international observers and calling into question the stability of the North Korean regime.

New footage of the assassination of Kim Jong Nam is being made public, thanks to security cameras at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport where the assassination took place, The Daily Caller reported.

This is not officially released footage, but was rather leaked to the media. The footage clearly shows two women assaulting a man who resembles Kim Jong Nam.

Given the grainy nature of the camera footage, it is impossible to say with 100 percent certainty that this is the actual recording of the assassination, but there is no reason to believe it isn’t at this point.

There has been a great deal of confusion surrounding this assassination. While the obvious suspects are in the North Korean capital of Pyongyang, it’s unclear exactly what the regime would gain by the action.

USA Today reported that as of Tuesday morning, Malaysian officials still had not ruled on cause of death.

You can watch the footage here (WARNING: graphic content):

It is believed that Kim was sprayed in the face with a sort of poison, but even that is not definitively known at this point.

According to CNN, Malaysian authorities are waiting until toxicology tests come back to determine cause of death — but the death itself is causing a diplomatic spat with North Korea, which has accused Malaysia of working with South Korea to politicize the death.

According to CNN, one North Korean man, one Malaysian man, a Vietnamese woman and an Indonesian woman have been arrested in the case. Four North Koreans men are still being sought.

It is widely believed that North Korea was behind this assassination. However the regime has refused to accept any of Malaysia’s findings on the death, and this entire incident could potentially cause North Korea to cut its ties to Malaysia, one of the few countries in the world it has good relations with, according to the Wall Street Journal.

It is unclear what this assassination might mean for the stability of the North Korean regime, but any time something major like this happens it’s always a good idea to keep an eye on Pyongyang. You never know what that crazy dictatorship might do next.
