President Donald Trump has worked hard every day since taking the oath of office to help bring jobs back to America and to convince businesses that staying in America is in their best interests.
Even before taking office, Trump opened talks with businesses to convince them to stay, and his efforts appear to be paying off.
Manufacturing in the U.S. grew last month at the fastest pace that has been recorded in two years, according to the Institute for Supply Management.
ISM, a trade organization for purchasing managers, reported that the manufacturing index was 56.0 in January — an increase from December 2016’s 54.5.
Anything above 50 indicates growth, Breitbart reported.
In fact, factories posted some of the highest growth rates they have seen in two years, and January’s score was the highest since November 2014 when the rate was at 57.6.
It is impossible to say how much of this growth was directly related to Trump, but at least some of it probably was due to the confidence he has inspired in businesses.
When Trump stated on the campaign trail that he would be the “greatest jobs president that God ever created,” he was serious. Trump knows exactly what needs to be done to restore America’s manufacturing glory, and he intends to do what it takes to accomplish that.
Liberals can scream and whine about Trump lowering taxes and repealing regulations, but the American people likely will support his actions if doing so means increased job security, increased pay and a feeling that America is finally being made great again.
