It looks like Americans have had enough of former Democrat presidential nominee Hillary Clinton and would prefer that she stay out of their politics.
Rumors have been circulating that Clinton was considering a bid for mayor of the Big Apple, but it appeared that most residents didn’t want her to run.
In a Rasmussen poll released yesterday, 58 percent of likely American voters said they did not want Clinton to run for mayor. Just 23 percent of voters said they would like to see the former senator and secretary of state in the race.
The survey was conducted with 1,000 likely voters from March 2 through March 5.
“Hillary for Mayor” posters have reportedly been spotted around the city.
No one knew where the signs came from, leaving open the possibility that they were created in the basement of a crazed Clinton supporter who was not willing to accept the fact that Clinton was rejected by the American people.
Of course, another possibility is that the crazed supporter was in Hillary Clinton’s employ. Clinton has not publicly denied the possibility of a mayoral bid.

Despite these signs, the poll reflected the likelihood that the public had reached a saturation point with the Clintons in general and Hillary in particular.
The Washington Times reported that the former first lady was seriously considering a run for mayor, citing political insiders as sources. Such a contest would pit her against New York’s current mayor, Bill de Blasio.
The mayoral race is coming up in a few months, which could give Clinton more time to recover from her humiliating presidential loss and rehabilitate her reputation. However, that’s probably not enough time for the public to forget the many scandals associated with the Clinton name.
While we’re all in favor of almost anyone replacing the social de Blasio as mayor of the Big Apple, Clinton probably needs to understand what this poll means and do the world a favor by dropping out of politics.
