Face of Insane Womens March Funder Revealed Soros Unmasked

Anyone who paid attention to the media’s coverage of the Women’s Marches this past weekend couldn’t help but notice the conspicuous way they kept describing the marches as “spontaneous.” This should have been the first clue to anyone familiar with these things that there was more astroturf involved with these things than a 1989 Houston Oilers home game.

If this movement was a puppet of special interests, however, who was pulling the strings? One writer in The New York Times (surprise, I know) has assembled a list of 50 organizations that were involved in putting on the marches that had ties to one very familiar man: billionaire liberal financier George Soros.

In a piece published last week, writer Asra Q. Nomani (who, in full disclosure, identified herself as a Trump voter) highlighted just how linked to Soros the marches were.

“To understand the march better, I stayed up through the nights this week, studying the funding, politics and talking points of the some 403 groups that are ‘partners’ of the march,” Nomani wrote. She talked to “partners” who swore this was strictly non-partisan.

However, that’s when she started looking at Soros’ involvement.

“Following the money, I pored through documents of billionaire George Soros and his Open Society philanthropy, because I wondered: What is the link between one of Hillary Clinton’s largest donors and the ‘Women’s March’?” Nomani wrote. “I found out: plenty.”

She continued: “Soros has funded, or has close relationships with, at least 56 of the march’s ‘partners,’ including ‘key partners’ Planned Parenthood, which opposes Trump’s anti-abortion policy, and the National Resource Defense Council, which opposes Trump’s environmental policies.

“The other Soros ties with ‘Women’s March’ organizations include the partisan MoveOn.org (which was fiercely pro-Clinton), the National Action Network (which has a former executive director lauded by Obama senior advisor Valerie Jarrett as ‘a leader of tomorrow’ as a march co-chair and another official as ‘the head of logistics’). Other Soros grantees who are ‘partners’ in the march are the American Civil Liberties Union, Center for Constitutional Rights, Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch. March organizers and the organizations identified here haven’t yet returned queries for comment.”

Yeah, I wouldn’t be waiting back on that call. Nomani’s research has been posted here, in case you’re interested in the raw data.

It’s almost like an episode of “Scooby Doo.” Every time a “spontaneous” liberal movement just happens to occur, we suddenly pull back the mask and there’s the ghoulish visage of Soros, saying, “And I would have gotten away with it, too, if it weren’t for you meddling conservatives!” (Actually, he usually says stuff like Trump is an “impostor and con man and a would-be dictator,” but shh.)

What’s ironic is how little research this took to find out that Soros has a massive amount of sway with the groups behind this march. You think that more of the mainstream media could have at least mentioned this to the American people? I saw nobody even report that this was a strange coincidence.

Soros, of course, has every right to use his money to advance his beliefs, the same way the Koch brothers do (although I think the protesters last weekend would only admit of one of those entities having First Amendment rights.)

However, if Soros is going to use his money to fund events like this, let’s be honest about who’s behind it — and let’s please stop crowing about the “spontaneous” nature of these astroturfed shows of faux outrage.
