Unlike nearly all of her peers in the music business, Azealia Banks has been an ardent supporter of President Donald Trump and his executive orders.
And so when fellow singer Rihanna took to Twitter Saturday to complain about Trump’s moratorium on immigration from terror-prone nations — which it can be confidently presumed she never even read — Banks was obviously annoyed.
“As far as Rihanna (who isn’t a citizen, and can’t vote) and all the rest of the celebrities who are using their influence to stir the public, you lot really REALLY need to shut up and sit down,” Banks replied on Instagram in a since-deleted post, according to Radio.com.
“Stop chastising the president. It’s stupid and pathetic to watch,” she added. “All of these confused people confuse other confused people.”
Disgusted! The news is devastating! America is being ruined right before our eyes! What an immoral pig you have to be to implement such BS!!

Instead of replying with any sort of reasonable argument, however, Rihanna then reportedly posted a note on Instagram referencing a video Banks had made last year in which she admitted to having sacrificed chickens as part of some bizarre ritual.
She also reportedly posted a screenshot of a series of texts she had received from Banks wherein the rapper had accused her of being a drug and sex addict. However, she did not blur out Banks’ phone number from the shot, as noted by Dlisted — either intentionally or accidentally .
It was at this point that Banks finally had enough of Rihanna’s childish behavior and irrational rhetoric. In what may someday be referred to as the “second shot heard round the world,” she purposefully posted a screenshot of Rihanna’s contact information to Instagram.
And she captioned it with this: “Bombs away.” Take a look:
Sharing someone’s private phone number on the Internet is a pretty shady thing to do, regardless of who started it.
That being said, what Banks initially wrote about “celebrities who are using their influence to stir the public” was spot-on.
