(WE) Donald Trump said Tuesday morning that in his next debate with Hillary Clinton, he “may hit her harder” than he did Monday night.
“I may hit her harder certain ways. I really eased up because I didn’t want to hurt anybody’s feelings,” Trump said on Fox News.
The Republican presidential nominee said he refused to mention “all the women” her husband Bill Clinton has allegedly sexually harassed or with who he has had consensual extramarital relationships.
Trump also repeated his complaint that he had a defective microphone for his first debate meeting with Clinton. He said his microphone at Hofstra University in New York was “terrible,” and speculated that someone may have “set it up that way on purpose.”
“They couldn’t hear me, you know, it was going on and off,” said Trump. “I don’t want to believe in conspiracy theories, of course, but it was much lower than hers and it was crackling and she didn’t have that problem.”
