New emails released by WikiLeaks revealed a generous gift former President Bill Clinton received for his birthday, and it proved just how much the Clintons can be bought.
The release was part of a dump related to John Podesta’s email hack, and it showed that Qatar, an Islamist state in the Persian gulf, wanted to “see” Clinton for five minutes and present him with a $1 million check for the Clinton Foundation in honor of his birthday.
That’s quite a gift for five minutes of time.
Another email that Clinton sent to Podesta in 2014 contained an eight-point plan to defeat the Islamic State terror group, but also included was information about who was actually funding the organization: U.S. allies Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
“While this military/para-military operation is moving forward, we need to use our diplomatic and more traditional intelligence assets to bring pressure on the governments of Qatar and Saudi Arabia, which are providing clandestine financial and logistic support to ISIL and other radical Sunni groups in the region,” Clinton reportedly wrote.
The Clintons have accepted monetary gifts from governments that fund one of the worst terror groups known to man. One might think the Clintons would hesitate before accepting gifts from terrorist sympathizers, but apparently they didn’t consider it out of the ordinary.
What was even more disturbing about all of this was the fact that Clinton has denounced Saudi Arabia for funding terrorism. Seems a little two-faced, but apparently, that is the norm, too.
If you think this is some kind of messed up, you’re not alone.
